I live and work in the front of the house, but your space is in the back of the big house. There is no separate entrance, but your privacy is guaranteed (yes, you can also lock the doors) - The price is higher for short period (it's high season), renting the apartment is possible for a few months (3-6 ) It is not possible to rent longer terms! With its own kitchen, own bathroom, shower, bathtub, sink, toilet and use of a washing machine and dryer, and with 4 large balconies with incredible views, right in the center of Ribeira Grande! Trata-se de subaluguel temporário, destinado apenas a 1 a 2 pessoas (possui uma sala). Eu moro e trabalho na parte da frente da casa, mas seu espaço fica nos fundos da casa grande. Não há entrada separada, mas sua privacidade é garantida (sim, você também pode trancar as portas) -.. O preço é mais alto por curto período (é alta temporada), o aluguel do apartamento é possível por alguns meses (3-6 ) Não é possível alugar mais prazos! Com cozinha própria, casa de banho própria, duche, banheira, lavatório, sanita e utilização de máquina de lavar e secar roupa, e com 4 grandes varandas com vistas incríveis, mesmo no centro da Ribeira Grande!
